In the arts and crafts workshop this month we will be working on developing sketching skills… 
...and celebrating the Chinese New Year. We will also create some foot and hand art and make Indian Dream Catchers. 
 
In the weekly come dine with me session there is a delightful selection on the menu this month. This includes macaroni cheese and fruit salad, diet cola chicken and Millie style cookies. We will also be making pizzas and home made burgers. 
 
In computers we will be making Valentine’s cards and looking at the dinosaurs, looking at the country of China and the Chinese New Year. We will also look at the history of the telephone and modern telephone technology. 
 
In the music workshop we will be looking at Valentines day romantic songs and songs with a colour in their titles. We will also be looking at American folk music. 
 
In health and wellbeing we will be making sensory Valentine cards and looking at making healthy choices. In line with Valentines day we will also be making soap hearts. 
 
We have a special offer on workshops for young people aged 16-18. The first workshop will be £5.00 per hour for the first booking – normal price £15.00 per hour. These workshops are through Essex Short Breaks. 
 
We are offering special offers till the end of March on Workshops between Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm at £65.00 -per day. Afternoon workshops between 2.00 pm – 5.00 pm at £11.00 per hour. Sensory room special offer at only £10.00 per hour on Saturday and Sunday between the hours of 10.00 am and 3.00 pm. 
 
Do you know anyone aged 0 – 18 with Special Educational Needs and or sensory impairment? Here at Willow Park Resource Centre we have reduced taster sessions in out sensory rooms at £3.50 per hour. Our swim spa and hydro pool sessions at £5.00. Mention Essex Short Breaks on booking. For children aged 16-18 there is a reduced rate for workshops at £5.00 per hour.
